I am probably not the first to say this, but here it goes:
We are already in World War 3.

I mean that literally. Think about it for a moment. We have active fighting going on in Iraq and Afghanistan (& it looks like Iran is getting in on the fight too). We have bombings on England, Scotland, Yemen, and in recent years, Spain, Bali and even America. This fight against terrorism is a global conflict. A number of countries are already included in the war. This fight is not an America VS Bin Laden conflict. This fight is quickly escalating to a level we have not known since WW II.

I suppose our first question is: Is this the beginning of the end? Should we be listening for the hoofbeats of the apocalypse? Well I don't know about that. If you watch CNN very much, you may know of Glenn Beck, a conservative talk show guy. Yes, he has the 7:00 PM slot on CNN Headline News - Amazing! Anyway, he had Jerry Jenkins & Tim LaHaye on his program last week discussing this very topic. I was astonished. But sure enough they discussed the prophet Ezekiel on primetime television. Who would have imagined that?

I'm no doomsday prophet, but I see we are already in a worldwide conflict. You may not call it World War 3, but that is what it looks like to me. I don't know that it is a precursor to Armageddon, but we are the midst of critical time in history. Only God knows what it is about. And I'm glad He does.
